Tiny water voles burrow under the reens that drain the forgotten landscape and the two Severn crossings carry thousands of people over the Severn every day. Starlings and sparrow hawks get a birds’ eye view of the estuary while fossils lie just underneath its surface.

The ‘Under and Over’ resources will allow students to:

• Find hidden treasure with geocaching. See if you can find the ones created by AFL, or join the global geocache community and discover what’s right under your feet!
• Figure out different ways of crossing the Severn from the comfort of the classroom
• Go fossil hunting at Aust Cliff or explore the Kings Weston estate.
