Story Making Sack (Super Senses)
-
Michael Loader at Lawrence Weston Community Farm
Popular storyteller Michael Loader from Culture Force created two simple Story Making Sacks now available to primary school teachers visiting Thornbury Library.
Dig deep for a range of quirky toys and objects to stir imaginations and create wonderful words and stories. Guidance on how to use the Story Making Sack is a free download below and included in the sack.
You can also create your own Story Sack or Story Box with fun objects that don’t need to be directly connected with the locality and they can be weaved in to the stories of the area. Perhaps one of the objects in the sack was once swallowed by the whale found at Whale Wharf or found washed up on a beach. Who found it? Where had it been? Are you handling an artefact of the future?
