Our Tales of the Vale project will show you how you can research the history of your community or learn how to collect oral histories so can explore the past and unearth forgotten ways of life. What’s more, you’ll be able to share your discoveries in a new publication and travelling exhibition.

We’re looking for people who want to learn about researching the past and who want to how to record oral histories - the memories or local community members.
