Walking Map / Easy Access Route
Little Littleton Loop

About the walk
This walk takes you around the lovely village of Littleton on Severn, past ancient churches, nearly as ancient farmhouses, and Woodwell Meadows Local Nature Reserve with its beautiful wildflowers. Turn right at every junction and you should be able to easily find your way. Click here to download the walk leaflet.
Length
2 kms – a leisurely hour.
Under foot
This is an easy-access walk suitable for prams and wheelchairs. The walk follows quiet country lanes. Although the lanes are quiet, do take care as they are narrow in places and there are some sharp corners where visibility is limited. You may encounter cyclists and horse riders as well as cars.
Food and drink
The White Hart in Littleton, with its large garden, is an excellent stopping point.
Parking
You can park in the village; please park sensibly. If you’d like to use The White Hart’s car park, please ask first.
Easy Access
This walk is wheelchair and pushchair friendly.
Respect, Protect, Enjoy
Always follow the Countryside Code.
Park sensibly – don’t block gates or drives. Leave gates as you find them. Leave farm animals and machinery alone. If you think an animal’s in distress, alert the farmer. Keep to the public right of way.
Leave no trace of your visit and take your litter home. Keep your dog under effective control and pick up after your pet – dog mess can harm livestock. It is good practice to keep your dog on a lead around livestock; however, if cattle or horses try to chase your dog, it’s safer for both of you to let your dog off the lead to run away.
Plan ahead, dress for the weather, and wear appropriate clothing. You may want to bring snacks and water on your walk. Be aware you may not have a mobile signal in places during your walk.
