How to Become a Volunteer

Our orchard surveying volunteers meet in an orchard – where else?

Do you love this landscape?  Do you want to want to learn new skills (or refresh old ones), meet new people and help secure the future of the Lower Severn Vale Levels?  Then please volunteer with us!

Volunteers are the heart of A Forgotten Landscape. Without you, we can only achieve a very small part of our plan.  Local people make the difference.  Real people taking on the seeds of our projects, nurturing them, and helping them to flourish – that’s what makes A Forgotten Landscape work.  Your enthusiasm, your local knowledge, your love for this landscape.

Our current volunteer opportunities:

Event Volunteers

Volunteer Assistant to the Artist in Residence

Volunteer orchard surveyors

Volunteer pond surveyors

Volunteer water vole monitors
