Discover A Forgotten Landscape

A Forgotten Landscape is a large-scale project to encourage conservation, engagement and learning about the cultural and natural history of the Lower Severn Vales Levels. As such we have already been busy improving access, encouraging discussion, recording history, digging, building, photographing and so much more.

We have seen involvement from teachers, historians, artists, school children, librarians and groups with shared interests, to name a few!

Discover just how much we have done already. You will see that we have provided grants and training to improve landscapes, recorded historical details so that you can understand the places you visit and created ways for our children to learn about this fascinating area.

If you feel that you have something to add - a photograph, an anecdote or some research of your own, please feel free to get in touch and let us know.
